I would like to say that my passion for storytelling happened all on my own. But the truth is that I lost my brother. I look back and realize all of those beautiful moments we shared together were not captured. Ever since, I have held onto that regret. Now, I live my life making sure to capture those moments worth remembering.

I am a Korean American photographer, videographer, and editor. In particular, I enjoy creating projects centered around POC and LGBTQ+ communities.

I founded Are You Doing Alright LLC, or AYDA Productions, a freelance video editing company that works closely with clients to deliver spots and sizzles. My work has been featured on ESPN, The Washington Post, Discovery Channel, Food Network, National Geographic and more. My documentary, superhuman, won First Place in Hearst’s Innovative Storytelling and Audience Engagement Competition.
